My new Paul & Joe blusher friend 'Mon Ami'

Sometimes.. I get a little blush crazy. Where five years ago I still believed that a woman should really just own one blush (somewhere in my mind a voice is telling me that this still might be true), but now I just can’t help owning a few more. So when I heard that Senteurs d’Ailleurs was holding a huge Paul & Joe sale with a 50% discount on all items.. I just had to make my way through Brussels to see all the prettiness for myself. And buy one tiny (okay, regular) pretty (okay, gorgeous) blush.

Paul & Joe does this cool thing where you get to buy the container and the actual blush separately, so you can buy several pans and switch up your blusher of choice as your mood changes. Switching is super easy: there’s a handy magnet system that allows you to replace the pan in just a few seconds. No pulling and fussing needed! There are ten different cheek duo’s to choose from, ranging from pretty naturals to a highlighter set and a bronzer set. It would’ve been awesome if there were a few different containers as well, but for now there is just one design. Although the design is very, very pretty!

I got the beautiful Cheek Color Duo in 06 Mon Ami which holds a light frosty pink highlighter and a beautiful dusty rose blush. I just swirl my brush in the pan and use both shades blended together, but you could easily use them separately. The colour pay-off is amazing, they blend super easily and the lasting power is impeccable as well. All of that goodness.. And it’s super cute on top! What’s not to love?

It’s been a month or so since I went sale shopping at Senteurs d’Ailleurs so I’m not sure if they still have much left.. But luckily Paul & Joe is also available at Beautybay which ships internationally. A compact retails for €7.70, while the color refills are €16.00 each.
