The 5 Minutes Beach Waves

The 5 Minutes Beach Waves
Happy Easter everyone! I’m not going to turn this into a lengthy post as there is a ton of chocolates I ought to munch today, so I’ll keep it short. I’ve been enjoying my shorter hair the past two weeks - it’s so much easier to bring some texture to my locks now. My hair now has a pretty blunt cut, which makes my do look quite thick and healthy. I like to add some soft waves to them by using my Remington Pearl curling wand. I bought the regular version online for only €25.00 I believe, which is a pretty good deal for a styling tool. I don’t curl every single strand and also like to mix bigger curls with smaller ones (since the barrel goes from wide to thin, this is easy!), which results in this very pretty messy ‘do. And to ensure these locks stay put and to add a little extra texture, I use the Beach Waves Salt Texturising Spray by L’Oréal Professionnel. This is a quite light salt spray that doesn’t turn my ends all dry and gritty like some other salt sprays do. And it also smells pretty good! I thought these kinds of sprays just weren’t for me - but this one totes is. Also worth noting: this one doesn’t make your hair a complete horror to comb through. ‘Cause no-one wants that.

I’m not the YouTube tutorial kinda gal, but in case you need some help getting these kinds of curls, I find this tutorial by Essiebutton to be pretty spot on. And for those wondering: on my lips I’m wearing one of the new Dior Addict Fluid Sticks - soon more about these!
