
That’s it. I think I’ve discovered raspberry heaven. This morning I had about an hour to get ready and bake something sweet for the girly brunch I was headed to. I googled ‘easy raspberry cake’ and somehow I ended up with Wilton’s Raspberry Streusel Jumbo Muffins. Take away the ‘Jumbo’ and replace by the more appropriate ‘Small Delight’ and you’ll end up with my muffins. I used frozen raspberries (for baking it’s really safe to use frozen fruits, they don’t take away any of the goodness of your creations), which I always have in my freezer. (And yes, they are as delicious as they look)
