Banana Pancakes

BananaPancakes I’m trying to get back to my pre-Easter regimen: not too much chocolate, no tacos and guacamole twice a week and no hot chocolate every other day. I really need to get back in shape, especially with the bikini season getting closer. So hello again to my Nike Free’s & alternative recipes for yummy unhealthy things. Pancakes, for example. They’re delish and I have them regularly, so I really don’t want to miss them! Luckily these things are easily recreated with just two ingredients: a banana and an egg.  Mix these two together in a food processor to obtain a yummy and healthy pancake batter. I like to add a pinch of salt, some ground cinnamon & ginger, some sultanas and some chopped up pecans. I serve them with fresh strawberries, some chopped up hazelnuts and a bit of cassonade sugar. I know the latter isn’t all paleo like the rest of the recipe, but who cares?
