MERRY CHRISTMAS! I'm a little late with this post, but it's still the second day of Christmas so I figured I can still wish you all a merry Christmas. I hope you're having a great week spent with family, friends and loved ones. It's my first moment these festive days spent chilling in the sofa - time flies when you're having fun! We spent Christmas with our families, had some catching up to do with friends and took the time to enjoy our time off. I've been feeling very grateful for these special moments - especially with NYE approaching I'm taking the time to reflect on this past year. But before I reminisce on the past year and make resolutions for the year to come.. Let's check up on Christmas! How was yours? This was mine..
Left: Excited to finally have a Christmas tree! Loads of presents finally found their way home. - Right: We love bringing home tree decorations from city trips and holidays. This cute gingerbread man comes from Disneyland Paris - it's an ornament that you can also find in the tree on Main Street.
Left: Taking out the prettiest items for my Christmas Day makeup. I just got the Hourglass Ambient Lighting Blush in Mood Exposure thanks to some help from my friend Sunny, I've been liking it so far. It's very pigmented! - Right: Christmas nail art done right with Dior Bar & Guerlain's chunky gold flakes varnish in Coque d'Or.
Left: Taking time to do some Christmas baking. This Pumpkin Cheesecake Bread with Cinnamon Glaze I found on Pinterest was just.. Divine!! Find the recipe here. - Right: Quiet before the Christmas day storm. Enjoying a cup of coffee in front of our tree. And feeling so grateful for everything.
Left: Being spoiled by Ferrero Rocher with no less than three festive boxes full of chocolates! We're down to our last one and probably gained a pound in the process.. - Right: More spoiling by Belgian brand Rainpharma. They do the prettiest gift wrapping this year!
Left: This year's Christmas eve selfie featuring my short hair. - Right: Last year's Christmas eve selfie.
You can find all of these pictures on my Instagram account. I've been happily following everyone's Christmas on Instagram - it's very inspirational to see your Christmas dinner menus, decorations and gifts. Speaking of fun gifts: I unexpectedly got a brand new hot pink fluffy bathrobe! Now it'll take even longer for me to get dressed in the morning - it's seriously comfy. Do let me know which gifts you gave and received, and what your favourite Christmas moments have been.. Enjoy!!
