Although packaging is always very subjective to taste and personal style, I do think this one is perfect for girly girls. I like to consider myself one often, and I am definitely a fan of the illustration on the packaging. I would definitely like to sport those pink heels and that pretty pink dress while walking my dog in a French garden full of pink roses! With all the pink going on on the packaging it's no more than logic to have a beautiful variety of pink shades on the inside too. Three of them matte and three of them shimmery, they are a perfect collection for everyday looks. Add to that three bolder shades that come out of hiding when you open the little lid on the left side of the palette and this is another one of those day to night palettes. From the office straight into the club..

The matte shades are slightly less pigmented than the shimmery shades, but work well when combined. I definitely always use a good eyeshadow base to make sure everything stays put just that little longer - this will also help the intensity of those colours!

This is the daily look I've been going for with these shades - I am so smitten! You could ass a pretty pitch black winged eyeliner to this look for more definition, but whenever I'm rushing (which seems to be each and every morning these days..) I can't be bothered for eyeliner and opt for a soft look instead. I also used a Lancôme mascara for the occasion: Grandiôse.
This is a limited edition palette that is quite in demand and I've already heard rumours that it might be sold out in Belgium, so you might want to be quick if you're eyeing this one! It's available in Galleria INNO and in selected specialty stores. Good luck!
