Now I love a good face sculpting job just like Kylie & Kim do; I never do my makeup without at least a bit of light contouring. Contouring has been all the hype the past few years and I don't think it's dying out anytime soon - it's such an easy cheat to perky cheekbones and a healthy glow.
L'Oréal Paris knows whats up has just launched their new
Infallible Sculpt range, which contains a whole bunch of sculpting products going from face defining powders and creams to eye defining eyebrow gel and mascara. I haven't tried out the whole range yet (
I only have one face!), but these blushes I love already!

Now I'm a bit of a blush fanatic I've discovered: when cleaning out my makeup collection I always find it the hardest to part with blushes. Apart from eyeshadow (
I'll admit that I could be classified as a little nuts in that department), I definitely own the most blushes. There are just so many different finishes and pretty shades to choose from! If you're into a
super glowy blush, then you'll love the
Infallible Sculpt Trio Contouring Blushes. I dab my brush into all three shades at once and swirl around to ensure all shades are picked up evenly: this makes for a super glowy combination. If you want even more glow on the highest points of your cheeks, you can always go in with a separate smaller brush and only pick up the highlighting shade.

While
Soft Sand Ambre applied really nicely and evenly,
Nude Beige was a little too pigmented for my liking and I had to temper my application in order not too look too orange-y and patchy. Nude Beige is likely a beautiful shade for olive skin tones, but for my skin tone I like the peachy pink Soft Sand Ambre shade better. And look at that glow!

The
Contouring Palette is pretty easy to work with: the texture is a
cream to powder, which is great for anyone who usually struggles a little with cream contour moving around but still offers the ease of blending out a cream product. Dryer skin types might have some issues with the texture though as I found that the cream clung onto a few dry patches on my forehead which only disappeared a few hours later once my skin's natural oils came peeping through. I have the kit in the lightest shade
01 Light/Medium, which is pretty much perfect for my pale skin tone. I like how the kit is quite cool toned: you don't risk your contour looking
dirty with this shade and the highlight shade is beautiful to bring out your cheekbones and highlight the under eye area. The kit also comes with a little guide on how to contour different face shapes, although I usually just wing it and do whatever I feel looks best. And just between us.. who else finds it hard to determine their face shape?
